Additionals: this cat was build for the first owner (australian) who divorced during the construction. he never sailed it and sold it to an australian couple who sailed it to se-asia and cruised between thailand, malaysia and indonesia before the current owner bought it 3 years ago. the boat currently is in langkawi/ malaysia. langkawi is one of the biggest boat hubs in the area beause its a tax-free island. the cat never was in any charter, regatta or other business. personal inspection or survey every time welcome.
the current (german) owner who is living full time on the boat is a certified sailing instructor and would offer the new owner to sail with for a while and explain the boat appropriate for a fee.
you can take over a facebook page of the boat with 2.300 followers, the you tube channel with 4.600 subscribers and the homepage (2.000 visitors/ month) for a fee.
why is the boat for sale? because a new project with a new, bigger, faster, stronger sailing boat is waiting for us . ;-)
